Horrible store. Horrible experience. The manager, the delivery drivers the whole service. You are better taking your business elsewhere to Bing Lee and Harvey Norman. Paid for a premium delivery and the lazy staff member on the phone said they could refund it and we do it ourselves. Absolutely pathetic. All the review of this store recently are negative. Dumped a new fridge in an open garage slot and left. Lazy and horrible.

Worst customer service ever! Stuffed around with delivery times then tried to claim truck broke down. I ended up ringing head office to sort out the issue as the store staff are just hopeless. I spoke to 5 different people and gave the same information 5 times and they just continuously put you on hold and then tell you they will call back but they don’t. Told they would refund the delivery fee but I need to go in store to sort it. Never again. One of the most stressful days ever.

After waiting for over 6 weeks for my store card credit, I was given the same disconnected phone number to call, which I called to prove the point, then I was told to use the online chat which was also disconnected. The message we were getting was because of the high volumes of claims the service was closed" I explained to the manager that I bought the galaxy S23 and wanted to use the credit for ear buds

So disappointed. Bought a Washer & Dryer and paid for delivery/installation for today (Mothers Day 2023). Initially received sms saying Delivery 14:30-16:30. Received a call at 11am from a gentleman regarding delivery of Dryer, He delivered the dryer at 12pm, really great service from those delivery men, above and beyond. So then just waiting for the washer, received an sms at 15:00 stating delivery will be in 20min, make sure im home. That delivery never came, called the store and spoke to Deliveries at 4pm, young lady with an accent confirmed the delivery of the washer for today and confirmed was on board for delivery. 16:45 called the store back, before I could even ask what was going on, she asked me if my order number was ***, yes I said, she then told me it was booked for tomorrow, I said no, you told me 30min ago its on board for delivery, I received an sms confirming delivery, why not delivered, she went blank and trans me to the store, went on hold until 16:59, then a lady picked up, started to say hello and hung up on me. Worst service ever, its ok if he couldn't come today, just let me know, don't lie...

Absolutely untrustworthy. Purchased a TV which had faulty parts. Brought it back to store and was inspected to be faulty. I was informed the company rep would come to your home to fix or replace. Days later I was informed that this part is not covered under warranty and you have to bring it to store again and the company rep will try fixing it if he could.

The worst Good Guys store in Sydney by far. However the ones that stood out we’re Debbie and Dragana, they are rude and impatient with all customers.Only a small handful of staff who are employed here that are helpful.We have been here multiple times and each experience is awful with impatience, staff not wanting to assist, issues with providing refunds and it goes on.

Terrible customer service, try & avoid this store if you can.I had dramas trying to buy a sandwich press! a bloody sandwich press for Christ sake!Ended up waiting so long that I did an online search whilst in store & found the exact same $129 item for $96 on Amazon delivered the next day.Not the first time I've had issues with this store, staff only seem interested in flogging big $$$ TV's & sound bars.

When I visited here this morning (2 May 2023) I was offered no assistance at all. I had to find a staff member to ask a question. It was as if the staff didn't care whether I was there.I went to Bing Lee in the same shopping centre and when I started looking at products I was interested in, a staff member asked if she could help immediately.

I saw good guys advertisement that they have the Sunbeam kettle that I wanted in the store. I traveled a long distance to the store to purchase it. they told me it is not available. I ordered a sunbeam kettle on 9th of June 2023 from the store and they told me it will arrive within few days. I have contacted twice so far they told me still not arrived. I asked for ETA. They didn’t know when I asked why you were advertising you’ve got in store where you don’t have item. they told me that this is a common practice good guys does it that is shame they have taken my money and using not providing the item.

Worst customer service.Bought a fridge on Sunday payment went through.Received confirmation email and text. Was supposed to receive the fridge TuesdayNo fridge!!I called the store they said payment didn’t go through.After a few days backwards and forwards still no fridge!!Now they said they are refunded me!How can they refund if no payment went through!!!The girl I spoke to was very rude too!Never going back there!Now I have to wait 3 days to get my money backNot happy
