My watch was put in as it wasn’t keeping time, I have done 4 trips to Marchydore just for my watch, now really have no spare time to take it back as it is still not working after apparently replacing it with new timing. There repair services are really letting them down. Just want a refund so I can go elsewhere

Made an online booking today through their website, only to arrive and find the store closed with confused and disappointed customers out the front while the rest of the shopping centre was trading like normal. Why provide the technology if you don’t even use it? AND why is a “professional” jewellery chain closed on a Saturday? Can’t help but feel a lack of management is responsible.

Took a ring we purchased for repair and the staff ignored us, the diamonds kept falling out and they wouldn't take responsibility. We brought 3 rings from them. We are still waiting for our ring to be returned ( nearly 4 weeks on)

Bought beautiful diamond earrings. Customer service is excellent when you buy, but when you bring the item back for repairing, the stuff members completely ignore you, jewelery repair wrote nothing is wrong with the earring. Earring returning back for repair as jewelery didn't do anything, for the third time returning back. Disappointed with the service.

Rude and terrible customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. GO ELSEWHERE…. Or at least another store.Never have I walked into a jewellery store and left feeling so unwelcome and belittled.They are quick to judge and ignore you when you walk into the store.Went in to enquire about a pair of earrings being repaired a little while ago. They were very quick to say that they were not able to repair the largehoops and tried to sell a brand new pair instead. (All I wanted was them repaired as it was a gift).The staff, specifically the older lady was extremely belittling and a smart a** by being of not help and then saying in a non joking manner that I could just wear the one hoop that wasn’t broken, before proceeding to laugh in my face.At least the young girl was kind enough to offer reasonable suggestions.Avoid this store if possible. There are many other nice jewellers in the Plaza who make you feel very welcome in their store.

The team at Michael Hill in the sunshine plaza were awesome to deal with. They asked a lot of questions, made some helpful suggestions and went above and beyond to ensure I'd made the right choice.I'd visited multiple jewellers before, but the service I received from Jose and Rachel assured me I didnt need to visit any others.I'll be turning to them for all if my future jeweller needs and recommending them to friends and family.

Purchased an engagement ring for my now fiancé and we absolutely love it. It’s the perfect ring, Chloe was more than helpful and assisted in every step! Couldn’t recommend more

Came in today to support MH and am severely disappointed... we are in the middle of a world wide pandemic and only 1 person in your store was wearing a mask. I approached the older lady V who was the only one wearing a mask and doing the right thing. When you enter the store you need to scan a QR code which tells you, YOU CAN NOT ENTER THE STORE IF YOU ARE NOT WEARING A MASK. When I asked V why they were not wearing one I was told all 3 other women were exempt... this is not following the government mandate and your store will be reported to the government if I come in again and thet aren't wearing one. V your customer service is impeccable, hats off to you for doing the right thing.
