Rooms were fresh and clean.The staff were great and nothing was to much trouble.The location was perfect for my requirements.I have stayed here previously and it stays the same.I highly recommend this accommodation.Dennis

Highly recommend a stay here. The rooms were clean and spacious and well appointed. Great location to cafes and to Cleveland shopping precinct. Hosts Kerry and Bronywn were extremely helpful and very welcoming. Will definitely be back!

We stayed here for Rod Stewart concert. Great location. Clean and well appointed room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here for two nights, having travelled a long way for a wedding. We arrived late and the service was great. Lots of interesting information about the local attractions. Just a short walk to catch the ferry to Stradbroke Island for a last minute morning visit to see the whales and the Pacific Ocean.

Stayed on 11/12 Feb. We had room 5. Room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Beautiful cool A/C on a scorcher 31 deg day.Quiet location, great hosts, perfect for a stay at the bay

Nice little place in a great location. Manager/ owner was very welcoming & helpful, and pool/ BBQ area is a bonus as well. Couldn’t fault our stay. Hopefully will be back in this beautiful area again :)

The Bay Air was perfect for my families needs whilst away from home. Managers went above and beyond for our stay. Rooms crisp, clean and smelt great. Awesome pool, quiet area with facilities in walking distance. I will recommend to friends and family.

Bay Air Motel
This place was comfortable and clean enough. It’s in need of renovation and could use some deep cleaning. It was expensive considering the condition of the property and style of accommodation. It was close to town and the beach.
