By far the worst business. I have contacted them on all platforms and not once did I receive a response. I have called their business number (never answered), I have left them a text (no response), I have contacted them both whatssapp, facebook and even their website message system… and no reply. I’m starting to believe that this business doesn’t even exist because how can someone be so unresponsive? Wish I could give them no star instead of 1.

Would recommend, quote process is simple and accurate - even extended it due to me wanting to come in store. Checking the device takes a little bit of time but this is expected to make sure everything is legitimate and your device is working as it should.Sold a couple of devices I didn’t think they’d take so it’s a good way to get some cash for some unused/old tech that everyone has lying around the house.

Service was great. The test took quite a bit of time, but that meticulousness lets me know the products they sell here are legit. The price that was offered to me was also very good if compared to other places that do buybacks. If I have anything else to sell in the future, will definitely come here again! Good job and keep it up!

Great customer service and very reasonable in regards to giving and sticking with quotes. I would highly recommend this store to anyone wanting to trade in their laptops and or phones etc.
