Absolutely stunning arrangement made by the lovely lady who served me. Just told her what l wanted and she filled the brief 100%. Excellent value for money and l must say one of the best florists I've been to. Thank you again for the gorgeous arrangement, my daughter loved them.

Third time I've ordered from the UK. Great service every time so thought it's about time I left you a well earned review!I was quite particular with what I wanted this time so thank you for getting the special chocolates for me and for the beautiful flowers you put together - My Mother in law loved them. I saw a photograph of them and they were beautiful. Will definitely order again :-)

Disappointed with the service here. Visited looking to purchase some bottle babies. Young lady didn't know where they would be, asked someone more experienced who told me to look out the front. I did and couldn't find any. I asked for help but couldn't find any either. Both shop assistants seemed too busy to assist. Flowers looked lovely but not what I went for.

Fantastic experience, nothing was too much trouble, I was seeking assistance with adding fresh flowers to a cake, the customer service was beyond exceptional. The staff (I believe it was the owner) was extremely knowledgeable; and went over and above with her service. I will definitely be making Bliss Flowers my only stop for flowers in the future. Keep up the fantastic work. The cake worked out great too!
