Shocking customer service.My wife asked for assistance in getting a code for our alarm system to enable back to base operation and she was told by the person on the phone to just google it"No care for customers."

We had our alarm and cameras installed by Sentinel and they did a top class job. Service is quick and great communication, very knowledgable staff and technicians! Would recommend to anyone.

I can not recommend Sentinel Alarms highly enough. I have not experienced any negative issues. Spud the technician was very helpful, installing an alarm system and cameras. They have also provided great after service care; a leak in my apartment caused issues with the system and Spud came out and fixed it straight away. The cameras have paid for themselves already, acting as a deterrent for thieves that have targeted my street. I normally don’t leave reviews, but the negative comments here do not reflect my experience with Sentinel Alarms

Sorry Sentinel for one star rating (Though i don't want to as the installation of alarm system was smooth). The reason - I got my system installed on last Thursday (18th Mat 23) and for me it was working fine until I noticed that the sensor installed in Bedroom. The LED of the sensor was not turned off and it was so annoying whenever there was any movement. I called you guys to fix it and the lady at reception said - it cannot be turned off and will work like the same way. I requested her to ask some technical person - after sometime she called back saying that it can be done and technician will charge $160. I mean common - a day back the system was installed (for which you charged me over 2k) and i am just asking to turn off one of the functionality - which you should have done at first place being the sensor installed in bedroom or atleast gave me an option to turn it off (which you didn't). It was such a small fix - took me like 2 min to disable it after doing some google - you could have told me over the phone. It shows that you want to tip off your customers and not interested in providing such small help at all. Very much disappointed and will not recommend you in my friend circle to anyone.

Anne is the worst receptionist I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. To get our problems sorted, it takes too long, and when they try to fix one problem, they create a new one. Wouldn’t recommend it for anyone to deal with this company.

We had our alarm serviced due to a false trigger and also had remote control fitted to turn the alarm on and off from our cars.The technician who attended, Rodd, was friendly and efficient. He explained what needed to be done and did the work to a high standard

I do not normally do this but when you get a quality experience with a business such as Sentinel Alarms like I have recently encountered I feel a little obligated to share my very positive experienceThis is my 3rd system with Sentinel Alarms over the years and it is very refreshing to experience a business from the top down that actually do exactly what they communicate to you as well as when they say they are going to do it, this is exactly what my recent experience has been with Sentinel Alarms.I have enjoyed the experience from getting a quote right through to the installation and taking the time to explain and train me on the systems benefits and features, nothing was a problem from the Men doing the install and they really did take the necessary care and time to get the best result for us and how I wanted the system to best function.Thank you to all at Sentinel Alarms and it know wonder you have been in business for over 30 years if my experience is the norm, congrats and thank you.

As part of builder package I had to visit Sentinel to chose alarm system and network data points. It supposed to be one hour appointment with consultant who assists on customer requirements. But they were in hurry to adds stuff even without checking if it actually required. Worst part was that you cannot make any modifications after your appointment. You need to $220 even if you want to make small modifications (Say if you want to add an extra data point). At least they should give another chance to revisit our requirements. As said earlier, they are not bothered about customer and just want to make money from you. If I had an option I never visit them again.
