There’s so much to see in this Museum, and you get a real sense of the evolution of printing presses and the multiple processes that were combined into increasingly complex machines. The typewriter collection is another interesting one, with some very early examples through to more modern electric typewriters. Black Gully Printers are continuing to use some of the type and machines and you can see examples of their work in the Museum. If you’re in Armidale, add this to your list of “must see” spaces.

One of my favourite places in the world. Such a hidden gem. The collection is beautiful and fascinating, the work produced on it is amazing, the history so important. A living lesson in publishing, STEM, and communication.
