I spent 4 nights in a very nice and comfortable service apartment, which was regularly serviced by house keeping. The only issue that I had was the hot water for the shower, as it was apparently installed the wrong way and I was getting cold water instead of hot in the morning!

Very clean and comfortable. Lovely staff both at Check in and check out. 1 bedroom apartment was lovely, although we thought it would be on the ground floor, we were up a flight of stairs, so was a bit of a pain to carry everything up but no real drama, but worth double checking if you don't do stairs. The bedroom was very spacious, has everything you need, fan , air con, wardrobe. Plenty of space to fit the baby cot in also. Bathroom was a shower over the bath, only cake soap, shampoo and conditioner is provided, no shower caps or body wash (we take our own anyway but some people might rely on it) Great size kitchen has everything you need toaster, kettle, stove, pots pans etc. Good size fridge and freezer. Netflix on a good size TV, and considering this place is on the main road, we did not hear much of the traffic (trucks) at all, although maybe the units closer than us might. BBQ outside for use. Good size balcony over the carpark. The cost was a bit more than what we would pay but we used out NSW stay vouchers which made it a bit better plus travelling with a toddler it had everything we needed, Would stay again if the price was right.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Very spacious. Very clean rooms. Close to shops. Love their initiative to save water by providing buckets in bathrooms to collect any unused, cold water while waiting for the shower water to heat up. Water buckets are then used to water the gardens. You don't often see this in hotels. Love it.

Stayed here for 5 nights with our family. We came as a large group, with multiple rooms. Mags was amazing for the booking process and meeting our group needs. The room amenities had exactly what we needed for our stay, kitchens, laundry etc. Very clean. The property itself is well kept as well. Would definitely it stay here again and recommend Quest for anyone visiting Tamworth. Such a lovely team!

Stayed with the family in several rooms and everyone loved this place. Mags and staff were wonderful and very obliging. We brought our dog along last minute and Mags was able to accommodate him. It was great to find a pet friendly hotel. The hotel is conveniently located and has very comfortable beds and rooms. Will stay again next time in Tamworth. Thanks

Stayed 5 nights here - Mags and Peter and their wonderful staff made us feel very welcome and nothing was a trouble. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the units spotlessly clean. Highly recommend staying here if you a need a home away from home.

We stayed over New Year 2020/2021. There is attention to detail and amenities and facilities have been provided thoughtfully, right down to the kitchen instruments and consumables. Maintenance is excellent and management is very promptly attentive to any issues (even over the New Year holiday). Furniture items and internal construction and fittings generally is is high quality. Air conditioning is very effective. The atmosphere was quiet and civilised. We were one floor above ground with a pleasant elevated rural view along with plenty of birds and birdsong. The WiFi actually worked well too :-) Very happy we stayed here. Will stay again.

We always love staying here when travelling through. The staff are amazing, talk about country hospitality! Always so very helpful and friendly. Loved the spacious rooms, laundry and drying facilities, especially in summer with air con in each room. Cooking facilities are great and handy and the rooms are very quiet as rooms are well away from the road. We will certainly be staying there again next time. Jo.
