We used Sellable to ensure we had a sufficient deposit to buy our new house before selling our (then) current unit. We were very impressed with how patient and open Sebastian and his team were as they answered our questions and addressed our concerns, right throughout the process. The Sellable service helped us to avoid costly bridging finance, and the stress of selling a property, and it is no understatement to say that we simply could not have achieved what we have without it/them!

Found Sellable when looking at options other than bridging loans. It sounded pretty complicated but the team were really good at explaining it simply and in the end it made a lot of sense since their fees are lower and you get the money straight away

The online offer process was great. We were iffy when we first heard about Sellable, but after speaking with Elisha we knew exactly how our property stood on the market and how much Sellable could pay us. Really friendly and professional, and surprising that the entire valuation/offer process was free.

Got my hopes high for nothing! First there is a fault with their evaluation" tool as it doesn't read unit numbers correctly. This was the direct response from Sellable "I did a test from the website and it did pull through the correct details so may at the time there was a system issue." Don't trust their evaluation tool - it's bogus numbers pulled out of thin air!Secondly they don't state anywhere on their website that they do not make offers on properties that are under $350k. So don't waste your time if you fall into this "not enough commission" category!"

My Partner Luke and I found sellable as a whole absolutley fantastic.From start to finish the sellable team could not have been more helpful through out the entire process.Realistic and honest springs to mind and we both have only have nice things to say about the sellable team when asked of our experience from friends and family.For everyone who works within the realm of the real world i would highly recomend sellable. For those who don't to each their own i would say.Thank you!

Sellable’s valuation texting bot is a cool little tool! Used it to get values for my family and mates. Most were pretty spot on, a few were a bit lower than we thought - I suspect that’s more to do with the market than anything else.

There is only one word to say about Sellable........Amazing.Very friendly and explain everything to you in layman terms. You do not have to do a thing, they have it under control and keep in touch with you at every stage. I dealt with Sebastian and Warren and my house was sold within a week. Once everything was finalised the money was in my bank on the day stated. If i decide to sell again i will definetly be using Sellable..........they are amazing.

The team is very technical! They know the ins and outs of the entire market and they’re very happy to share that over a phone call. Skip the BS and visit them first before checking out your area’s real estate agents. Even if you don’t use them, they have connections to renovators and agents anyway, and will get you good rates.

I wanted to get an idea of what my property would be worth and found the online offer process (which is a guide only) quick and easy. While in my case I couldn't get the information straight away it was an easy tool to use and the team contacted me to discuss my situation. Very helpful.
