Very rude staff, my husband bought the wrong baby lotion yesterday for my daughter so we had it replaced the ff day. It was 38 degrees outside so it was a bit hot when we gave it as we had to travel all the way to the store. This staff basically tells us the lotion was hot and she cannot sell it back in a very rude manner! It cooled down like literally while we were talking. She did exchange for the new products which is just a dollar off but the manner and her attitude while doing it was the worse. I would have taken it back and not return had she spoken nicely but It’s the customer service that’s really really bad.

I use click and collect as I cant often find what I want! This way I know products are in stock and I receive a message when my products are ready to collect. No extra charge for this service.

I had to get medical certificate for work for my tummy ache and gastro. The staff told me that this is not enough evidence to support my certificate. The staff also asked me the question what was your symptoms and what medicine do you have?" three times. I felt really humiliated. Though they provided the certificate with $20 and showed their worst customer service."

Today 21 st of January of 2023 at 3:45 in Chemist Ashford a lady was extremely rude to us (me and my girlfriend) because we open a gift pack of Hollister (to check what was inside) and she told us we couldn’t open it and my question is? How do you expect me to buy stuff that I can’t even see? Seriously? The attitude of the staff member was awful and also the policies of this place where you can’t even check what are you going to buy is just terrible, it doesn’t make sense.. who is actually buying these kind of presents without even checking what is inside??? Extremely rude that girl I’m actually feeling frustrated and I’m going to take this case further, that girl has to be fired. Hire at least kind people. She was fat, white, black hair and was in charge of the parfum area apparently.

Found what I needed. Finding the big store in Rundle Mall does not stock so much of what one would expect to be able to get from the catalogue so had to travel out into the suburb.

There was an Asian female staff wore glasses who was very rude! She said hi and bye-bye to every whites, I said hi to her, She ignored just like she didn't hear it. I paid twice, she didn't respond to me. No hi no bye-bye. I felt like I was the cashier! Bad experience!

Finally got one close by, great! Just a little bit more cost than one in Norwood...Now I would like to give one star, because recently my 16years boy had flu symptoms from school, he was very fatigued with muscle pain, headache, coughing, then bought four Covid RAT packages, showed negative Rat test. Second day, we thought to be safe for little boy. Then we went to PCR Centre, got results positive on next morning. Unfortunately too late my wife was affected… I had to stop working to look after them and little one……

Random but convenient location, the carport is small but had no problem getting a park stopping in on a busy afternoon.CpThe store is compact as all Chemist Warehouses are but easy to navigate and locate items. The pharmacist was friendly and helpful, offering a no name over the counter brand of what l was looking for.

Great range of products and friendly staff.It took me a few minutes to find what I was looking for; the staff were busy so I didn't ask for assistance but the store was nice and spacious so I didn't mind floating around while trying to find my items. Even though it was busy, it didn't feel crowded.

There is a good variety of medicines and cosmetics available here. There is ample parking. The staff is helpful and points you in right direction. The prices are very reasonable for majority of products. There is an extensive collection of perfumes and women's beauty products.
