I just got a custom banquette made by Window Works. Ella was very knowledgeable and gave sound advice. She ensured the project was looked after and communicated in a timely manner. William came to measure and thought of every detail and ensured the banquette was very comfortable. He was very friendly and does phenomenal work. I would definitely recommend Window Works!

Amazing team and just so professional from start to finish. The consultation went so well and Ella was able to make great recommendations according to our needs. Total SCAMMER!Our new home got these junks after waiting for 4 months! And then an unprofessional fitter called “ William” came to install the curtains for us. And the boss “Ella” even want us to pay the balance in Cash even before William finished his job. We paid and William started to trash the job and guess what? Our curtain fell off! Together with fabric and the track! Fell Off to the ground! Nearly hit me on my head! And then I try to call them let them to repair my “ 5 year” warranty curtain! But no one ever answered my phone call anymore ! No one!! If there is a 0 star! I will give them a 0 star for sure! Never find this scammer!

This curtain store Has an amazing selection of curtains. I needed a dozen panels and wasn't sure what I was looking for. But I just kept looking and found the perfect fabric!!! And they had enough for me to buy As I needed 16 panels. Very satisfied，highly recommended！

Couldn’t be happier! LJ turns out custom, designer drapes and less than typical designer prices. My consultant, Ella, took the time to look up the specifications of the brackets and rods I had yet to install, and perfectly suggested the drapery width and length. My pleated draperies arrived 3 weeks after ordering them, ready to hang, and have exceeded my expectations in every way.

Amazing experience. We came here with a basic idea of window treatments we needed for a bare new construction home. The staff held our hands, listened to our ideas, considered our lifestyle, and helped us to pick the most amazing styles! Our budget was also considered and respected. We had a great experience with LJ Curtains.We were looking for all new window furnishings for our newly built home. William walked through our new space with us, and clearly understood what style we were looking for. He offered options that made sense rather than overwhelming us with a lot of random choices. He was very patient and responsive throughout the whole process. The installation was a breeze and the quality of the our custom shades and Curtians are amazing. What a difference it makes to our space. Thanks so much for making our home feel more like a Home. Highly Recommend! We are extremely pleased.

Worst attitude blinds maker you can find in Melbourne. Told me we gonna have a 5 yr warranty, then their products started falling apart after 3 months, and try to contact them, their first response was that some fitter would come back to fix the faults. And I kept waiting for 2 weeks, no one showed up. And the I keep calling them, after that nobody ever take my phone or take responsibility for the warranty! Never Ever go back again! You won’t find any worse company! Waste my $7000 and get those rubbish!

I have used LJ over the years and once again my experience was very positive. Will came up with a great curtaining solution for our lounge room and main bedroom in our new home. We had existing blinds, added some extra blockout blinds and the curtain fabric suits our very modern home. Will listened to my requirements and came up with attractive and practical solutions. Trinh was also very helpful and Peter the installer is a perfectionist.I love my new window furnishings and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend LJ.
