I've had multiple devices fixed by these guys.... they aren't the quickest or the cheapest but I've never has any problems with a device they've repaired for me

Appalling service and very poor quality repair work. Find another repairer.Because of their incompetence I now have an unusable phone that would have easily lasted another 2-3 years. I bought in a phone with a cracked screen to repair. Arranged to drop phone off at 9am and the repair would take less than two hours. We rang the shop at 12noon and no one had even looked at the phone. It wasn't repaired until late that afternoon, they knew we were waiting in town with a very young baby.We were handed a phone with a screen that wasn't seated correctly and told that's the best they will be able to do. I knew the work was shonky at best but had no option. Either pay $200 for the repair or don't get the phone back. I asked for a discount because of the repair and the stuffing around, to no avail.The screen is now unusable because it wasn't seated correctly and has slowly deteriorated. They are hiding behind their three month warranty. How could I claim warranty when they, in their own words 'couldn't do any better'. So I now have the option of paying another repairer to fix their work at my own expense or get a new phone.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!

I had a great experience! They were able to fit me in same day and were about to totally replace the screen and back glass on my phone with no hassle. They were really friendly and I'm happy I went to them!

Great phone shop. Have gone to them a few times over the years to repair different phones. Always very helpful and cheaper than buying a new phone. Would highly recommend them.

Will not be going anywhere else for phone repairs. Took less then 30 minutes to repair my device and did it right in front of me explaining the process. Great customer service and absolutely lovely people! Well worth the money and time! You will not be disappointed.

Stopped there to visit Black Rabbit Distillery. It is in the same store. Gin is nice, good friendly service from both guys that served me.
