Just had my dental appointment today with Dr Wessam. Have been keeping a good eye on my teeth for many years and been to other clinics, so with comparisons I appreciate the excellent skills and service provided by Dr Wessam.Furthermore, there was a payment issue with my insurance company, but staff Nicky has been super patient and been very helpful supporting me resolving this issue!Rate 12 out of 10!

I have seen nearly all the physiotherapists at Pinnacle Health at Docklands, and have been attending physiotherapist-led Pilates classes for a couple of years. I have been very impressed that all the physios listen to my concerns and provide appropriate guidance. They follow up to make sure I am on the mend, and push me to extend myself in the PIlates classes. The people at Pinnacle Health are well educated practitioners who have helped me to improve my life. I recommend them to you.

I've had such a great experience here. The treatments and classes have made a huge difference to the strength and control necessary for my advanced dance practice, and I've even started running again after 4 years of injuries. All the staff are so knowledgeable, warm and friendly. Special thanks to Clodagh and Belinda.

I made an appointment with Riain because he came highly recommended. I made my way across the city to get there by 3 just to be told that Riain was off sick and that I was moved to someone else, I completely understand being sick, but does Pinnacle not use telephones to give customers a call to give them a heads up, so they don't have to waste their time? LIKE SERIOUSLY? the response from the receptionist was um, its your first apointment and we just changed over systems... I don't care if you just implemented your new system today, but I think there is a duty of care to the let the customer know if you are being changed over to some other care giver! People make appointments with those that have either been recommended or referred to. I am so disappointed and angry. Such terrible service and attitude!

Had a fantastic experience in Pinnacle health group. I saw one of the doctors there and I have to say the service I got from the second I walked in the door was incredible. My doctor was extremely kind and thorough and the girls are the front were very helpful.

I love going to my physio appointments at Pinnacle Health Group as I am always so warmly welcomed by Rima. She provides great customer service when I need to change my appointments due to a work meeting. Love your work Rima, keep smiling.

Everyone is so lovely and friendly here. Really makes going to the dentist and the Physio a pleasure!! The equipment and environment is all modern, clean and stylish, which is always a plus. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!
