Took my Trek Emonda in for its first service, Paul and the team were able to deliver a quick turnaround. It was quality service and they were able to fix the issues I was having with the derailleur. Looking forward to the next service and thank you again guys !

Friendly staff and well stocked shop. Fixed my flat tyre on the spot, $23. Sorted out a serious issue with my chain and gears, $53, got the bike back the next day. Recommended.

I went looking for a e bike for my daughter. Person at counter suggested a competitor as they were having a massive sale on e bikes. Unbelievable I will definitely be getting it serviced here. Very amazing service and cared more about me as a consumer. Well done folks this shows what type of people and company you are. Just blew me away. Thank YOU!!

I have used this bike shop for years and have never had a problem with their service/management. Paul has always been most helpful, never condescending to this now ageing cyclist. I hope that his shop team of young men and girls learn from his manner ie good customer service wins at all times.
