Barber Industries

I was very nervous going in because it was my first haircut post-lockdown and my friend had told me about these guys but I hadn't been here before. They're very nice and I had Sam who was cool and cleaned my hair up really well. I went out with a haircut I am very happy with and thank you to Sam and his friend (I forgot to ask his name) :)

This was my first time there today, I walked straight into a chair, no wait. Moey gave me a cut, don't let his beard and long hair throw you off, he hasn't had a trim himself in ages but he knows what he's doing! This guys attention to detail was incredible. One of the cleanest hair and beard cuts I've had. Much appreciated!

Best in the west. The boys at Barber Industries know how to cut hair and beards properly. Been going there for 3 years now and never going anywhere else

Been coming to this place for 4 years, especially to see Moey. Reasonable price but never walked away with a bad haircut

Waiting times tend to be quite long at this barbershop - which I acknowledge isn’t directly the fault of any of the barbers. However, I’ve had multiple instances now where my wait time is extended simply because barbers give preference to their mates / frequent customers. So you could be waiting in line for a long time (e.g. 45+ minutes), but if a barbers buddy comes through the door then they’ll get a haircut before you even if it’s your turn next.Absolutely unacceptable customer service, I recommend taking your money elsewhere - you’ll get a similar standard of haircut but save a good 30-60 minutes per trip. Go to a place that values your time.

Good place. However the wait is too long between cuts. The price to cut a babies hair is excessive. Also didnt like or respect one of the workers there who was shacking his head at my while my baby was getting his hair cut and he was crying.

Normally an okay enough place. Most recent experience was so bad I have to leave a review. Guy who cut my hair spent 60-70% of the time texting on his phone. This is no exaggeration. He didn't know common haircut terminology such as point cutting and simply told me they don't offer that here. Cut my hair far too short and didn't even show me how the back looked. Just seemed very careless and unprofessional overall.
