I bought a whole 15kg lamb off Norm on the weekend and spit roasted it for the family and friends. It was the most tender, delicious lamb that anyone of us has ever eaten. Apart from that, Norm is a top bloke!Thanks Norm.

Absolutely superb!!Our local butcher is just 3 minutes away and is excellent in every way but 9 times out of 10 we do the 30 minute round trip to see Terrence and the team because nothing comes close, no matter how good. Absolutely superb!

This local butcher is an incredible find! They always have a great assortment of incredibly fresh & high quality meats at reasonable prices (I would be willing to spend more!!). Cannot recommend them highly enough, I refuse to go to any other butchers in the Nepean & Blue Mountains area after finding them.
