The Repair Wizard

On my way here in a hire car (Sixt), a van overtook me too close and whacked the driver's mirror - the mirror glass last seen flying across the carriageway. Sixt were unable to help much (it was a sunday). This morning (Monday), I called it at the Repair Wizard to enquire if they could somehow tape an old mirror glass in place to make driving back to Sydney a little safer. They could, and it was finished in less than 5 minutes. Now I can see what is coming up alongside. Great Job, and would not accept any money for the temporary repair.

BEWARE!!! This repairer did not repair my car as they had promised to. They were supposed to replace my windscreen and repair hail damage to my paintwork. They took my excess money, then simply cleaned my car and painted large, uneven splotches of paint inside paint holes, which looked absolutely terrible and will now need to be fully repainted. They failed to replace the windscreen or fix any of actual damage from the hail. They were rude and unhelpful and failed to complete the repair, then hung up on me when I complained. I would NOT recommend this business.

Lovely staff ! I dropped in to ask for a quote on fixing my bumper bar. As it was quite a straightforward fix, they were kind enough to fix it on the spot, at no charge! I really appreciate it, thanks so much :) Highly recommend.

These guys didnt want my business. They didn't even get out of their chair and quoted $1600 for a job that I had done for under $300. I found the part myself that day and it was fixed elsewhere within a few days. I'd rather them just say, we're too busy or we don't want to do it.

These guys were totally professional. My Territory was repaired and ready on time as they quoted and looks like new. The extra step of detailing the car after the repair was a great touch and made the whole experience even better. Thanks again and would highly recommend.
