Rude staff talking on phone whilst serving multiple customers. When asked if they could put purchased items (greeting cards) in something for protection, somehow" they ended up with creases and bends that were not there moments before. Will not go back to shop there again."

Horrible customer service! Woman behind the counter clearly didn’t like her job and didn’t want to be there - forgets that customers are the ones that pay her wage! And then tries to charge 50 cents for a plastic bag!!! First and last time shopping here.

Kippa Ring store. Worst customer service ever. Im guessing the rude girl who has no customer service skills was the Sunday duty manager. Wont be back to your store, will instead spend my money at the other discount store in the centre. You need to retrain your staff or she needs to get another job that doesnt deal with the public.

Worst store in the kippa ring shopping centre. Tameika is a liar and the worst customer service person on the planet. The staff are useless. How can you be so bad at retail? The simplest job in the world yet this group manages to get it so wrong
