Karina is a fantastic coach and being a mum herself she knows exactly how to motivate and what areas to focus on. Lovely to meet other mums too and to exercise outdoors. Highly recommend!

Karina’s Mumma Method
I started training with Karina when my baby was 4 months old and he’s now almost 2. Her training has been fantastic not only for regaining strength and fitness in a safe way following pregnancy and birth, but also as a consistent activity to get out of the house, an opportunity to socialise and meet local mums. Karina is very experienced (yet not intimidating) and her programs are affordable, especially compared to other fitness and boot camp options.

Karina constantly motivates me to stay fit and healthy. She achieves the perfect balance between making me feel accountable yet being understanding of the challenges of being a mum. The combination of face to face and online training allows me to fit in training several times a week around working full time and two kids. The month long step and exercise challenges are also fun and engaging. Karina’s manner and enthusiasm make it a pleasure rather than a chore to work out.

I signed up to workout with Karina about 12 weeks after the birth of my second daughter and wow, what a great decision it was! I felt so strong, lost a few kilos and could feel my body start to come back together again. Karina was motivating and really knowledgeable of how to get moving in a safe and controlled way post bub!And honestly the best part? Working out with awesome mums with your bub by your side; whether they scream, sleep or run rampant through the class, there is zero judgement!
