Got my new Phone in less than 30 minutes. The staff who helped me was so efficient. She answered all my questions and concerns articulately given that I have trauma from the past upgrading my phone. Will visit here again for sure.

Shout out to young Kevin Menon!I have never had such a hard time recharging credit on my mobile. I could not access any way to recharge my phone which was extremely odd. After trying to phone ALL of the Telstra customer service numbers, I was not able to recharge. I also tried downloading the app and the app glitched out of the sign in and took me straight back to my phone background… even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Frustrated and ready to just give up after at least 7 hours of trying to get credit (which is usually an extremely easy task). I was finally referred to Kevin Menon. He fixed my problem within a few minutes….I only wish I had spoken with him sooner!!! He is truly a blessing to the company. Huge recognition and thanks to him! THANK YOU KEVIN! I went into this Telstra shop today with a neighbour who simply had to pickup a new modem. All round it's an impressive looking telco store, well laid out, bright and well lit, and has lots of the latest phones, tablets and accessories on display. However, as other reviewers here have experienced, good customer service is somewhat lacking.Yes sales staff were attending to other customers but not one of them acknowledged that we were in the store. Not that the shop was busy (see my photos here) as we were the only customers waiting. There wasn't a crowd of people so a simple acknowledgement, 'be with you shortly' was easily possible and would have been nice.Of course in our case we had no choice but to wait as we came to pickup a modem otherwise I would have insisted that we walk out. It took over 15 minutes before we were eventually served and in that time I was able to take many photos. Customer service in this shop leaves a lot to be desired!

Once plan had been changed as requested. Salesperson went back of store and tried to sell me a speaker and EarPods. I said no thanks. He then told me how good the Earpods were and they had a great deal on. He cld give them to me for $20. I bought them. Next time I look at my Telstra acct. I see 50,000 points have been deducted for the EarPods. At no time were points mentioned. They were deducted without my knowledge. Sent an email to the store a few weeks ago asking why the points were deducted. No response. Clearly, salespeople get some reward as another family had a similar issue.

Telstra has genuinely terrible service. Have been trying to transfer a number from my brother to myself for months. After being told multiple times my brother does not need to be present for this to happen (they can just call and confirm). I went early the next day and was the told he has to be present. My brother and I have wasted so much time on this. Only go with Telstra if you want to pay a premium to be highly inconvenienced.

Worst service - the shop assistant stuffed up my order for two new phones so the system locked us out of upgrading for three days. He didn’t take responsibility for his error and wouldn’t call technicians to try to fix it. Great Christmas present - NOT!

The person in costumer service of 05/03/2023 afternoon was highly rude and racist, he did not want to serve me and instead of serving me he left me standing and went to serve another non-immigrant person. After I requested to be treated with dignity, he repeatedly threw me out of the place. It seems to me very bad attention from the employee on Sunday afternoon of 03/05/2023
