They were able to fit me in for a repair, told me how long it would take and the price up front. Quickly had two tyres patched up and was given a bit of advice on tyre pressures as well. Friendly staff all round.

Utter dissappointment. Booked well ahead and specified I didn't have the time to sit around and wait for work. 2 Pinkslips (car and trailer) and tyres (which I had given rims ahead of time)....over 3 hours wait! Pink slip took week to register at rms and 1 tyre went flat soon as put on buggy, took back and had to wait another 1 1/2 hrs. Everyone there beligerant and rude. Will go elsewhere in future.

booked in for 4 new tyres and wheel alignment and told would take 1 hour. I arrived at said time and was told would be 1 1/2 hour. Went back 1 1/2 hours later and told would be another 1/2 hour Then my car was moved out the front still waiting for a wheel alignment which didn't happen for another 1/2 hour. 2 1/2 hours later. would not go back or recommend them

Had an issue with near new tyre on my VW Transporter yesterday. Rang and spoke to Paul and got great advice. Took the car in and they sorted me out and got me back on the road. Can't thank Paul enough, great bloke, knows his stuff and brilliant service. Highly recommend these guy ,best in the business

Went in for a tire bubble, didn't fit centre cap correctly. Said they would replace. Then say it didnt have one. When i only drove 100m up the road. Won't own up to there mistake, dont waste your time, not the old goodyear when they had service.

The team are absolute legends!16 hours into our trip from Victoria we noticed a vibration in one of the front tyres just outside town. We dropped in there to see if they were open and they looked at the issue immediately.They quickly checked it over, diagnosed the issue and got us back on the road. Thanks again guys!

We were southbound - heading for Macksville in our motorhome. On the slipway off ramp our tyre monitor beeped we had a flat. Slowly watched the reader go lower and lower.4pm Monday called into the good folks at Goodyear. The delightful Mercedes greeted us with the biggest smile, loads-of knowledge. We advised if they couldn’t fix it that afternoon we would understand and go to NRMA.Mercedes asked if we could wait a wee while and they would get someone onto it.Forty min later Ash can smiling out. Identified the tyre valve as the culprit and a short time later we were on our way.Mercedes would have normally completed the job a very capable young lady.We would highly recommend these lovely folks

Got 4 new tyres, took over 2 hours.Got my car back with scratched rims and no wheel balance as my car is vibrating through steering wheel.Car feels worse when taking it in the first place.Would not recommend.
