This was one of the most disgusting rooms I have ever stayed in.When I arrived I was given a room that was not made up after having changed to a new room there was no toilet paper, carpet had multiple stains and was not vacuumed, shower curtain had mold on it, and the bathroom floor was gross.Would not recommend to stay here.

As a budget hotel, you won’t expect much, but you would also expect a comfortable space to live in just for one night, especially after a long drive. We had issues with the hotel’s cleanliness, as we were welcomed into our room with linen and pillows all bundled to one side of the room, stains and marks upon their sheets, a smelly and filthy bathroom. You would even wonder if the sheets and cases were cleaned at all by the laundry service, and how dusty it was too, posing a high risk for anyone who has any allergy issues. The room itself was very small and narrow, which was difficult for four people to walk in and out, with a strong musty smell. There were plenty of cobwebs and crusty walls, towards all corners of the room. Photos are attached.Best advice – DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY FOR A HOTEL LIKE THIS

I think mentally it’s helpful to treat your stay here like a “night in prison” experience. That mindset will help you adapt more readily to the cell-like environment. Building on this, it’s probably a good idea to lower any standards you have of what carpet should look like… and byo mugs, or don’t- if drinking from heavily stained cups is your thing. Enjoy!

I don’t have high expectations for a budget hotel but this didn’t meet them.The carpet is threadbare, fraying and stained. Bathroom had half a roll of toilet paper (for 4 people staying 2 nights) on a shelf behind the toilet because the toilet roll holder was broken. No shower curtain, just holes in the walls where a rod should be.Beds were very hard, you could feel the springs digging into your back.Left a day early even though non refundable.

The staff were empathetic and compassionate.They helped me rectify an issue that arose through a booking from an external agency. Thank you kindly! They alleviated the stress that this caused. The staff at this place will go above and beyond and deserve your support.

Great room for budget accommodation. Although very small, the beds were very comfortable. Fresh sheets, heating and cooling made it more comfortable. The shared kitchenette was adequate for basic cooking. Location was easy to find, close to shops. Duty staff Belinda shane and Umar were very pleasant helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. They made our stay worth it and enjoyable. They went the extra mile for us. Thank you.

What can I say about the Ibis Budget in Dubbo. First, you are in Dubbo. This should be the focal point of your expectation management. Next you will need to cast your mind into the depths of the grubbiest, most foul-looking movie scene designed to overload your senses. Like a photo that looks so awful you can smell it. That's where you will be paying your hard-earned money to stay if you choose this motel. The carpet has enough DNA on it to be classified as a person. The bathroom is what I imagine a Soviet gulag offered as facilities. This place appears to have been last cleaned in 1986. I will say, though, that the staff are friendly and really lovely. But that cannot save this dumpster of a motel. I would attach photos but I think they would be reported to Google as a hate crime against cleanliness. If you choose to stay here, go well soldier. Go well.

The top bunk is not accessible my child had trouble to climb up as the ladder is just against the wall.They were no bowls no spoons for breakfast I had to wash some from previous guests myselfI don’t know where the staff was and it was 8 amIt is not an expensive hotel but strict minimum is done for guests

Tiny, cheap, reasonay clean room with a reasonable bed. Aircon is ancient and unless you can sleep next to a running aircraft engine I would not recommend turning it on. 2 junkies were having loud domestic all night, yelling, swearing and banging doors. The clientele comes with the cheap price I guess. Room had a tiny shower, weirdly no cold water at the sink so brush your teeth in the shower or risk burning your mouth. The shower head is also mounted at about 170cm height so good luck getting underneath if your 5'10 or over.On the plus side Umar the receptionist was super nice and accomodating.It's reasonable value if you only use it as a stopover for a night."
