Zero customer care or support.The Worst business in Mareeba.I ordered a winch n a bullber different times n both time delayed more than 2 weeks without no information.So I had to call to check it's there or not....I had my holiday plans so I had to reorganise to fit itAnother time when I had a issue on an accessory that I bought from them, I had to ring several times after I gave my number more than 5 times (they said we should finish by lunch n call you" n they didn't call me n I call them at 14:30 n "we're waiting phone from the manufacturer" n they didn't call me back....so I just went at 16:30 n they said "it's ready" didn't call me.... n the time they said " a Manager of the manufacturer is day off today" why I had to wait??what for??)Other time she was laughing n chatting with the manager of the manufacturer when she was talking about my problems on the phone in front of me....it's so rudeSome friends of mine had problems with them too.I have more to tell....Just don't go"

My first experience here was my last, and cutting down the trees in front so that I can see the storefront easier won't entice me back in. Never again.

Just had 2 of my windows re-tinted. They did a great job and I will be back to do the rest. Friendly and knowledgeable team.
