Alex sold our last couple of properties and I would recommend her to anyone. If and when we decide to sell again I will be relying on Alex once again to do so. What firstly appealed to my husband and myself was her honesty, then came her knowledge of the Gold Coast Real Estate Market as she has been selling properties here on the Coast for many, many years. She was friendly, kind and caring. She guided us on what was the best price possible for our properties which she achieved for us on both occasions. I also loved that she worked for us, we would be presented with offers that she advised us not to accept as she truly believed if we gave it a little more time we would get what we wanted and sure enough we did.Her son Jason has now joined the Real Estate game. Although we have never used Jason I do know him on a personal level and you couldn't meet a nicer young man. The apple hasn't fallen far from the tree and I wish them both all the very best for the future.

Alex and Jason were professional, efficient and helpful . They achieved the price I was after , even when the locals scoffed and said it couldn’t be achieved . They never pressured me to take a lower price like some agents do for a quick sale . They also helped me to get some important info on properties I was looking at purchasing and helped with each step; getting ready for sale, getting through the mad process of selling and finding my new home .
