Calgray Realty have been exceptional, we first dealt with Rebecca as the selling agent for my partners first home. She was attentive, polite and more than happy to explain the tricky questions and details involved in purchasing your first property.Shortly after moving in we rented out our previous property with Calgray Realty and was introduced to Sharon. She ensured the property was tenanted promptly and importantly with the right tenants. Almost 12 months later we couldn’t be happier!

We have recently sold our property through Calgray Realty after having the team manage it as a rental property for the past 18 years. We have been landlords and sold properties before and I can honestly say Rebecca and her team are the benchmark in all aspects of real estate. They are always on point managing the property with fantastic communication making it easy for an interstate landlord to ensure everything is sorted. Rebecca and her team went above and beyond to assist us in preparing the property for sale and then sell it. As far as Real Estates go, having rented for 15yrs & working as a service technician for 8yrs, Calgray is a stand out favourite. My family has rented through them for about 7yrs now. They have “good ol’ family values” as some old folk would say. They have been very understanding & helpful with us as my wife has medical issues. I have found Calgray to positivity respond to emails that day, maintenance requests are taken seriously & addressed ASAP. Calgray are there to look after their tenants as well as their landlords.I recommend anyone looking at renting, or purchasing a home, to contact Calgray Realty before you call upon another company. The little people do know how to look after their own.

This is our 10th year renting a home through Calgray & my partner and I are very happy. I’ve always found Rebecca and her team to respond fast to emails, everyone is polite and renting through them is, simply, super easy.
