REI Master: Property Management Software

We transitioned to REI Cloud in January this year and we absolutely couldn't be happier with it! Not only is it a great product, but the back end service consistently surpasses our expectations. I have been using REI Master as my Property Management software for almost 17yrs since we took over the Management of Wolngarin Holiday Resort Noosa in 2004.I can honestly say I am 100% completely happy with the software, and the support I receive from the Tech Team at REI. They are extremely quick to respond to support calls and can dial into my PC remotely to fix any mistakes i have made, or issues I might have, all for a very reasonable monthly fee. The software is easy to pick up and intuitive to learn; if I can master it, anyone can. As a company they are quick to upgrade the software and implement any new technologies available that are essential to running your property management business.

I have used REI Master for some years now and switched to REI Cloud, 3 years ago. The programme is fantastic, so user friendly. Going away on holidays still means I have to take my work with me, and having REI Cloud is accessible anywhere I am. Most importantly though is the customer service and I cannot speak highly enough of the prompt, helpful staff. If I'm stuck with anything I know that help is normally just a few minutes away. Have just updated from Ezyrez to REI Cloud half way through March 2022. Love it - should have done it ages ago. The training course and support was fantastic and the response when logging a support call is also great. Thank you for the smooth and quick process of upgrading to REI Cloud. Can now access REI Cloud wherever we are and can now also do EOM anywhere. How cool is that. Thanks again.

I've been using REI for the past two and half years across two different businesses. For the past 6 weeks in particular, the support offered from both the admin and tech team has been amazing. Our new business migration has been complex and confusing, but the team have always had the time to talk me through my next steps and support me each step of the way. I recommend REI whole heartedly for a PMS and trust accounting platform!

I operate two quite diverse businesses with REI cloud. The program has so many features that are easy to use and make day to day operations so much easier to manage. In the instance that I do have an issue, my support requests are answered in a very timely manner and the team are so knowledgeable and professional. I would be lost with them and cannot recommend them highly enough.
