The service is bad to the point that we had to wait so long for just a hot chocolate and also butter toast. The staff need to be more quicker and on top of the orders plus make sure u give the right order to the right person too. Take away is a lot faster than fine in. Dine in should be faster too. U should have one person doing the hot drinks for takeaway and another person for dine in. You need more staff that are quick and also know what they are doing. Very poor customer service and very bad to the point that 63 Beenleigh needs to sort them selves quickly or they may lose customers and the business may close down.

Fresh food, amazing selection and variety, extremely tasty all whilst being reasonable prices! Can't recommend this place enough, I love coming in on my breaks for some lunch! Had the best service from Tilly who helped me personalise a menu item to satisfy my cravings. Cannot recommend enough!!

First visit yesterday. Grabbed takeaway food and coffee this time,busy mum on the go. Ordered an Iced Mocha & Doc (bacon & scrambled eggs) and added a hash brown. Staff were friendly and I was greeted at the order window. Ordering was smooth and easy. My iced mocha was made quickly, and food followed not long after either. Coffee was great, and food was good too. Can't fault my experience at the cafe 63 franchise.There is plenty of seating, inside and outdoors. Looks to be wheelchair and pram friendly which is great.I've visited 4 different Cafe 63 locations now. I am pleasantly surprised, each one has been a great experience and food was delicious.

My wife and I visited here this morning (first time). We ordered chicken breast fettuccine (full serve), steak (half serve), carrot orange juice, ice latte. The ingredients are very fresh, and flavor is out of world. Reminds me of the delicious brunch restaurants in hometown. Definitely will re-visit shortly and try different dishes. Highly recommend to everyone.p.s. spending is around 25 AUD per person but portion is big. Girl can be fully fed by half serve.

Coffee is always great! Breakfast was huge this morning and very delicious we had the Elle McPherson and the Carbon Tax, both centred around scrambled egg, toast and has browns.It seems that whatever we have is always great value and delicious and we always come back for breakfast.

Friendly relaxing cafe. Ordered the Eggs Benedict and cappuccino. Eggs Benedict was nice with fresh fruit and crispy bacon. Coffee was correct temperature and nice flavour. Nice clean cup, plate, utensils, table etc. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere despite being quite busy.

Dog friendly outside!Great choice of food, everything was nicely done. Nice crispy waffle fries.Fresh juices were fab, especially the watermelonStandouts were Crepes with Strawberries ('Duffel coat') and a huge fruit salad (see photo).Service was quick efficient & friendly!Brought a tray of water for our doggies straight up! Thank you!
