Luke created a great new bathroom for us, as well as renovating part of our property which included new windows, stairs, cupboards, polished concrete floors and repointing of brickwork. He was great at tracking down and following up other trades, making sure we got best prices. We really appreciated the software and website he used to keep us up to date with both progress and costs. We happened to live on site during the renovation but this is a particularly useful tool if you don't remain on site during the build. He is polite and courteous, and his paperwork very detailed. We didn't hesitate to contact Luke and the Built Beta team again for some more work on our house.

The workmanship was excellent, timely and the house was left clean and tidy at the end of each day.Luke would regularly inspect the workmanship of all tradesmen who were excellent and respectable.Both my brother in law ( retired builder ) and sister in law ( house renovator ) both commented on the excellent workmanship and the very competitive pricing .We highly recommend Built Betta for any job big or small.

I engaged Luke and the Built Beta Constructions team to complete my renovation at South Hurstville. I went with Built Beta based on a recommendation, and was not disappointed. Built Beta were able to offer a solution at an affordable price.Built Beta and Luke were wonderful – Luke spent time with me initially to work out what needed to be done, and how I wanted it to look and function once it was finished. Luke was very organised, took detailed notes, and was contacting me throughout the early build phase to make sure he was delivering what I had envisioned. The apartment was always kept tidy throughout the build. Luke was able to organise and coordinate all the necessary trades, and provided a variety of options (and price variations) where possible. The Built Beta team were amazing.The renovation looks beautiful. Luke and the Built Beta team did a great job, and have provided an even better finished product than I had imagined. Built Beta have recently completed an extension and renovation for me, it was a thoroughly enjoyable and thrilling experience. I could not have asked for better or more, the quality and attention to detail was impressive. I have an old Heritage listed house which had significant impediments by virtue Heritage requirements and quirky old walls, nothing stood in the way of Luke and his team! They quickly and efficiently met Council requirements!Luke and his team are extremely clean, quick courteous and friendly, it was a joy to have them do the job.I highly recommend them !

Our family home was built by Luke and his team, an experience which we enjoyed along the way for which not many would be able to say during their building journey. Luke and the Built Beta team have recently completed renovations at my home in Blakehurst. The renovations comprised updating three bathrooms with new vanities, shower screens, mirror, and fixtures and fittings, as well as a new kitchen.Luke and his specialist contractors helped us with the design by making helpful suggestions - let's face it, they do this all the time so know what works and what doesn't.The scope of the works was such that work was being done in all areas of the house. Luke arranged the trades to ensure that the house was protected and kept as neat as possible.Luke always kept us up to date with what was happening. Trades always turned up when he promised. I used Built Beta Bathrooms for a renovation in 2 bathrooms. I appreciated the extra time taken by Luke to ensure specifications on all pc items chosen by me (tap-ware and toilet particularly) were the best fit for the existing bathrooms. The team were very professional, very well presented and paid attention to small details ensuring the best results for me. They were always on time, and I received frequent communications with updates when required. My needs were met 100%. On completion of the job, the site was well cleaned and all rubbish removed.The quoting process was very thorough which I believe ensured a good result, and all details of the work were thoroughly explained to me.I am very happy with the results in both bathrooms and would not hesitate to recommend Built Beta to anyone.
