Honestly, I’d never had a clinician who was so thorough before her. She is considerate of her clients needs and goes above and beyond to ensure we’re happy with our treatment. Amazing place to get laser and facial treatment.The service is amazing, Ava, Ash and Tiana always take care of me and make sure they give you proper guidance.Dalya the manager make sure the customer feels so welcomed that I just pop in to say hi when I don't even have appointments.Highly recommended for beginners and customers that feel like they needing a new spot.

Had an outstanding experience with the beautiful nurse Fatima!.She is highly recommended and very professional and experienced. I love how gentle she is and is very informative and goes in to detail for what to expect in injectable. Nurse Fatima really has done an amazing job and I'm obsessed with the results. Impeccable service/treatment by Laser Technician Ledia, always makes me feel comfortable and is super precise, not rushed like some previous experiences I’ve had. Can’t recommend her enough!

Working with Dalya from Eden Laser Clinic Liverpool has been an absolute pleasure. She provided solutions to some issues I was faced with that hadn’t been dealt by the company. She spent time to listen to my concerns and was proactive in resolving them. Her team are not only knowledgeable in their field but also dedicated to providing a good service and support on every visit. Dalya took the time to understand my unique needs and provided a tailored solution that exceeded my expectation. As a result, my treatment with Ash is top-notch and I cannot recommend highly enough to see Dalya and Ash for great results.

Had 2 different treatments here and was disappointed with both. Maybe the settings were wrong but the laser hair removal wasn't very effective, ive had it done many times elsewhere and not had this issue. Same with picoway treatment, i had much better results elsewhere. Only giving 2 stars because the ladies working here were lovely to deal with and helped me reschedule my appointment with no issue.

Dear staff members of eden laser,This is an absolute disgusting customer service!!!On this date, I called the centre to nicely inform that I cannot be in today, she hung up in my face with a dry attitude!!!Truely disrespectful to your customers. This would be the very last time I attend your centre.Have a good one!

leaving a google review so no one else has to go through literally the worst experience with eden laser clinics liverpool on the 11/03/23.had my appointment booked 1.5 months prior, confirmed my appointment via text the day before and got there on time, only to be told my booking wasn’t in the system. the front staff didn’t even apologise or explain the mistake - they immediately just started asking me to come back in 2 weeks and were extremely rude to me. I called back again 1 hour later and they booked me in for the following day. when asking to speak to the same lady I had talked to in store on the phone, she lied to me saying that lady wasn’t available and then 10 seconds later said it was actually her on the phone that I spoke to. she also laughed when I explained how disappointing the situation was handled in store.The next day, I called 1 hour beforehand to confirm the appointment was still on before coming into the clinic. When I got there, the girls at the front asked me if I could come back another day since the “machine wasn’t working” (the machine was definitely working as no one else in the clinic was told this). They lied again, saying “we tried to call you but the call hadn’t gone through” - my phone had been on me the whole hour beforehand and I hadn’t received any calls + never had a problem with receiving their calls beforehand. after a lot of persistence, they asked me to wait another 1 hour for my appointment. the appointment only took 15 minutes as well.usually the girls are lovely and great to chat to but the customer service was extremely rude on this occasion and I highly recommend saving your time/money/energy and going to a different laser clinic :(the other negative reviews say the same thing has happened and watch the clinic reply saying they can’t find my name in the system (even though I’ve been going to this same clinic for 2 years lol)

Indira is incredible with services I’ve tried- dermal fillers and anti wrinkle! Highly recommend.However, I find the reception hardly ever answers the phone. I left 3 voicemails and only returned my call a week later. Disappointing!
