The best service ever from Patrick. We were car shopping and Mini was our last stop. After and unfortunate incident with the first dealer, Patrick sealed the deal for me with his professionalism and enthusiasm. Very patient and very keen to know his customers, Patrick made both me and my husband feel at ease with our purchase. Can never recommend Patrick and team enough. Patrick and all team from Glenelg Mini went above and beyond to make the experience of purchasing my first car, first mini so easy and enjoyable. Despite being a maybe purchaser of mini earlier, due to issues with another dealer, I could not be more impressed by the help and attention I received. From start to finish, he is genuinely enthusiastic about minis and with customers. And the great customer service continued even after they’d made the sale as he update me about the details. When car collection day, he made up his time for me and patiently ran through how everything works. Will definitely be back in the future and recommend my friends.
