Update.... I was offered a free service to fix my hair... very happy! Colour and a deep conditioning treatment... thank you so much!! I really appreciate it!!!The cut was great!!! But... the colour... I had lovely bright burgandy hair. I asked for dark purple roots, emphasising the fact that my hair was permed and I have only used fashion colour on my hair for a couple of years to keep the condition better and that was what i wanted. She did the purple roots, and after a bit of time I noticed my head was doing the tingling thing that permanent colour causes. After a bit, scrolling on my phone, I realised she was actually putting more colour onto my hair at the back and by the time I realised, it was too late. Now normally I wouldn't complain ... but i paid $160 for it and I hate it!!!!! I was told it would look purple in the sun.. it does not... it is dark red... and my curls were hardly there. A couple of weeks of leave in hair conditioner and it is just starting to keep its curl. I thought after a couple of weeks I might get used to it.. but I miss my burgandy hair.. and I am not sure how I am going to be able to get back to that colour since it is now dark...

I always find the service at the Price Attack Chermside shop to be exceptional. Friendly, prompt and knowledgeable staff. Yesterday, 14/12/22, I popped in just after midday to buy some Joico shampoo and conditioner. While I was being served at the counter, unbeknownst to me another staff member had seen my items and had gone and searched the front area for a pack. The pack rather than the individual items saved me a least $10. It's that type of service that always goes above and beyond that keeps me coming back. Thank you.

The customer service I received was amazing. Service with a smile is hard to come by. Erin listened and found the perfect product for me. I'd happily come back to this store.

The staff are amazing!! Larissa and Dani were nothing but the BEST! Larissa was so sweet! She made me feel safe and comfortable and really helped me with finding colours to fix my hair she was honest, genuine and helpful. Dani was an absolute rockstar she gave my hair life! She had amazing genuine service and skills I’m very particular about my fringe and she did it PERFECTLY. I am so happy to now say I have found my perfect salon.

Had a hair cut 4 months ago with this salon, wash/cut/straighten $85. Have one yesterday exactly the same $155. Massive price difference? Was not given a price amount before service, only a quote prior over the phone that was under $100. Store manger has said they now charge for the amount of time spent??!? Which is interesting as some hairdressers can take their sweet time, despite myself wanting to be in and out asap! They did a lovely job and were very friendly! I’m just super confused about the price difference and lack of communication regarding price, definitely no longer a cheap salon to get a hair cut.

Always shop at Price Attack Chermside for all my hair products. The girls in store are so friendly and approachable. They always recommend the products most appropriate for my hair and I always love them. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Customer service needs an upgrade.Walked in three girls at the counter not one acknowledged me, I stood and looked at the hair toners for a good few minutes and no one offered to help me.I walked out and took my business elsewhere

Every time I walk into this store I’m really disappointed and shocked by the customer service. When I’m looking at hair care products, the ladies just sit at the desk and pretend you’re not even there. If I need help or advice I have to go and physically grab someone for help. I asked for a co-wash conditioner today. When I came up to the lady she was not welcoming at all I feel like I had to apologise for disrupting her (from doing nothing). She recommended me one product and went back to the desk. The girls obviously have no product knowledge or customer service skills. I am a regular customer and shop there for convenience as the store is close to me. I’ve always been treated the same. Only lady that I felt like wanted to help me was the manager.
