Rude bad service and the worst lash tretment to date.WARNING DO NOT GO HERE.

I contacted Meg to check availability prior to purchasing a voucher for lashes. She advised availability for the Saturday just in time for my event! I was thrilled and confirmed I'd take the appointment and then purchased the voucher. I then followed up today and she advised she had gone ahead and cancelled my appointment as I didn't message her my voucher number!!!!! Had I not got in touch today I would not have even known and just arrived . She was unapologetic, rude and unhelpful and I'm now too late to book anywhere else I asked why she didn't follow up with me for the voucher instead of just cancelling my appointment.. She just didn't care. Read fine print was her answer. She was never clear with me about needed it prior to the appointment . I will never book with her again. Just an awful person.

Best brow place ever.. I have been to so many brows for threading & after many year i found finally one that definitely work with your brow shape & consult you first before shaping it.. i was surprise with before consultation on my brows as how they were different and what i wanted to change it in too.. Meg even offer special price on brow extension so i can see how my brow will look if incase i want to go with brow tattoo or feathering.. & also tried lash extension must say worth going on waiting list or going to experience best service . thanks meg

Very difficult to deal with and did not honour a voucher despite failing to turn up for a scheduled appointment. Very unprofessional
