Zouki Catering

Very bad and unprofessional service { the staff no idea what they serves} ,more on chatting to each other { staff}, poor coffee , won't come back again.

My experience today at the Monash Zouki was disgusting.. After asking a price for cake 2 staff members arguing over price while i was there getting served and not to mention dropping the f bomb in front of customers .. Disgusting behaviour.. Shocking service.. I also went and bought some hot food and my son wanted parma and staff member told me the chef refuses to make parmas and wasnt his place to make it .. Then have another chef come out being questioned about the parma and went to the kitchen to ask and brushing it off .. I bought some food myself with the fish and fish was terrible .. Sorry for a cafe that is in hospital the staff should be more professional and not treat there customers in disgusting manner not to mention bickering in front of customers like they did and swearing at each other.. I think you need to review your staff and manners ..

D grade cafeteria food at a premium ripoff price. Really sad that this place is allowed to keep operating.

The 2 old blonde ladies (and I'm using that term lightly) are rude and unprofessional !! More interested in chatting to each other than serving and stuffing their faces to boot! Very poor!!!!

They close their dining area whilst patrons still having their meal there and chase them away. Absolute disgrace.

Really terrible !!!!!!!!!!I ordered the lamb with potato but waitress put the other dish mix with it!!!!!!!!!Red potato?! I even don't know what's that. And that dish full of half take away box?! I just ordered the lamb and normal potato. Why you can't just give me that?

Why in a major public hospital in a global pandemic are staff either not wearing masks or wearing them under their noses?

Coffee was great, they have variety of food, but hospital price, very expensive

The male barista had a very positive can do additude, I asked if he could do me an iced mocha and he was willing and it was perfect.Ice mocha and schitzel focaccia came to $20 which felt a bit expensive as the focaccia wasn't anything special but I'm greatful they have this cafe, with such kind staff. There slices in the cabinet looked really tasty.

Food is a great but a little expensive.
