Went through the express checkouts that the lottery kiosk is attached too and the lady who served me with grocery items couldn’t get me a scratchy which is ok but the only one out of the three serves her customer says wait a moment please and taps the Uber order that came through and then doesn’t serve me just goes back to her register and serves the next customer ? Confused as I wasn’t rude at all I was friendly ? I ended up just walking out astonished this was just few minutes ago

Completely given up on this store, when I first moved close I loved it very clean and nice staff but the quality control is abysmal i have on many multiple occasions came home with bags and bags of rottern vegetables entire bags of green potatoes, tomatoes that have slime and rot coming out of them moldy bread you name it, today i went in and grabbed some pre grated cheese and found and entire bag of rot when I got home the bag in the picture was bought today the same day i opened it i wasted a whole pizza after covering it in this filth before realising.Really disappointing especially considering how hard people are living at the moment and how high cost of living is to spend my hard earned money on bags of rot that end up straight in the bin

Lovely staff, prices are reasonable for the current economy.

Really good store great service but as it's a drakes prices are kinda high compared to Coles and Woolworths. Would shop here more of the prices were lower

Clean and well stocked. Staff friendly and helpful, had one item that was not on the shelf and the staff member down the aisle knew they had the stock in the storeroom and was more than happy to get it for me. Check out staff friendly and engaging with the customers , a real plus.

Very good supermarket ,they have a good variety of stock the prices are ok the staff are also good

Sometimes their stock levels are lacking, and a few of their staff members have a few screws loose.. but the store is nice, and the range they have is excellent.. love the youfoodz section and the variety they have in all departments compared to the bigger brand stores.

Lovely, young and enterprising cash counter woman who assisted me to get cash out without having to use the ATM outside and pay for it!

There's a RAA discount on shopping which is great, also scanning the app allows for saving of receipts... but when you're going through the register, the staff seem to have little to no training and will tell you that you can only scan one (but you really can scan both) or don't even offer the scanning in the first place.
