I needed some alterations and fixing of 2 gambesons and they did an excellent job, great value for money and quick turnaround time. Excellent service

I had a pair of jeans with a broken zip and had them repaired at Nambour Dry Cleaners Sew and So. When I wore the jeans for the first time after the repair the zip came up as it wasn't fixed properly to the base. I washed the jeans and went back to the business only to be told they have to charge the repair of their own work because she wouldn't know how I treat my clothes. The owner of the business thinks that her customers regularly lie about damage they have done and come back to accuse her of bad work. Well, I didn't. There are either very untrustworthy customers in Nambour or this business has their customer service standards very wrong.

They are kind and understanding, they are fair with the fee.

I was very impressed with the dress that I had fixed. My favourite dress I thought was unfixable was salvaged and revitalised. It had a massive rip in the front and Natalie the shop owner advised it might not turn out the best as she needed to put a patch on the dress but it turned out amazing I can't believe it turn out as good as it did. Thanks Natalie you have made me a happy lady.

It was my best friends wedding and I needed my bridesmaid dress altered. These guys were amazing. They knew exactly what they were doing and altered the dress for me perfectly. Everyone at the wedding was asking about my dress and telling me how great it looked. Definitely going to be using Nambour Sew and so again and will be recommending it to everyone.
