My company put me through this course when I was promoted into a people leadership role and i Ioved it! The insights into how to delegate effectively, the importance of building positive culture, managing conflict and most importantly for me, the prioritisation matrix. My role has a number of competing priorities so this was super helpful In enabling me to have structure in my day and to work with my leader as to what was the top priorities for our team and to manage planning.The F2F sessions with Lex and other members was also so valuable. Lex has so much knowledge and is extremely passionate about what she does, I can't recommend her enough. She's helped me through a number of challenges to get me where I am. Thank you!!

ManagerIQ has been an essential program and tool in my transition to becoming a Manager. Alexis has developed a practical, easy to follow and implement program. The program establishes the role of being a Manager, setting yourself and your team up for success, managing your time and creating a positive and meaningful environment for your team. Although i haven't finished the course yet, I am already putting many of the learnings into place and seeing the benefits in real-time. I cannot express enough thanks to ManagerIQ for this!
