Wouldn't answer my questions about the property in full, unresponsive to email and phone. They preferred to SMS / Text. Dont recommend for anyone who would like good communication on their rental property.

I have fantastic experience in terms of leasing an apartment with I&W Realty. I'm putting this feedback after end of my 1 year lease and I can say Mr. Tao and Mr. Winston are very professional, reasonable and cooperative. Hope if everyone can get an opportunity to deal with same kind of property agents which is very rare nowadays. Good job guys. Keep it up.
