Riverina 4WD

Excellent customer service, thanks Rod & team!

Unfortunately my experience here was a very poor one. May it be due to a spade of bad luck or negligence by the Riverina 4wd team, I'm disappointed by their service, or the lack thereof.In Late February I ordered a Rhino sunseeker II 2m awning (at full retail price). Arrived about a week after ordering. I decided to fit it myself. When I picked up the awning from the store the packaging was damaged. When I went home I realised that the awning cover was ripped. So no one bothered to check the damage when they received the awning from Rhino.Brought it back to the store within the hour. Was advised they will get a replacement. I bought this product specifically for the Easter long weekend with two weeks to spare in case there were hiccups, and there were plenty of hiccups. Maundy Thursday, no replacement and not even a call to let me know what had happened. Picked up the torn one, fitted it and took it on the trip, agreeing to swap for a new one on my return. Another week of no communication and I call, to hear that they ordered in a replacement cover only. Removed the awning from the roof racks and handed it back for cover to be replaced. Waited another 4 working days and picked up, awning with new cover. I thought the drama was over....It's not! Now the replacement cover leaks water profusely, soaking the awning. So obviously they have not replaced the cover properly and sealed the seams. I have a colleague who has two awnings, one a rhino sunseeker II identical to mine and has absolutely no water entry into the covered awning. I'm very frustrated with this purchase, beyond words. There’s no point taking this back for like the sixth time knowing that they are incompetent at what they do. I know the mechanic there and he’s a good bloke, but some of the sales people are hopeless. I work in retail myself and it kills me to see such bad service. After many months of running back and forth, only one person kindly apologised for the mess-up and that one person was not even the one responsible.

A great team, really on the ball. If the job is urgent they will squeeze it in.

Excellent service, expert advice, friendly and professional.

Good store, staff are knowledgeable and happy to help with any enquiries , great range of 4x4 products, Bull bars, winches, side steps, side rails, canopies, roof racks, driving lights etc and are able to fit as well, mechanical repairs are A1. Wheelchair access is good throughout the store and plenty of parking available.
