Don't even think about asking for a toilet so apparently STAFF get one however people that have a disability like myself have to walk all the way up to Maccas or us the University Campus talk about critical mislabeling

I was on the phone for nearly 1 hr this afternoon with music. So tomorrow I will go to the office. Walk ins are a better option than hanging on a photo line that just does not help with the help you require.

Why is it you cant ring and ask to book an appointment, I do not have a CNR number, this has to be the most usless system I have ever had to deal with , what an utter joke.

Went in to make an inquiry regarding printouts i was called by a very polite and courteous consultant named *Bern whom had all the documents i required printed out and organised ready and waiting, and further assisted me in other questions and inquiries. A most pleasant encounter. Keep up the good work.
