Usual 7-Eleven facilities but no toilets. Sandwiches, pies, slushy etc

Went to pump air to my car. The pump was faulty but there was no sign to say it was so. After many failed attempts in the rain, I walked up to the window and asked if the pump was faulty- the girl at the counter shook her head to sign it was.How long would it take for them to put up a sign to indicate the pump is out of order? My tyre pressure dropped even further while trying to press the faulty pump on the valve.

3/10/19 i was here @ 445am was not allowed in the store and wen i went window serever told me i and to open my ears as i had beteewn them and couldnt buy anything from the shop he was busy on his ph no coffee no drink s no hot food not a happy camper me

I pulled in to fuel my car up today around 2pm and for some reason wasn't allowed to fill up my car. I waved out to the person behind the counter who he says was the manager then he gets on the loud speaker and infront of a few people says my CAR REGO DOESNT FIT MY DESCRIPTION socially profiling me infront of other customers. I walk in the store and approach the manager an say excuse me he then replied with my car doesn't fit my description again in the store So not only did he socially profile me infront of other customers he also wouldn't let me fuel my car up said my rego number is 1 that has done a hit n run I then went home got my partner n returned to the store to ask whats was the go there. He then said what do you want me to do your car looks similar to a car that did a hit and run which mean fueled up an never paid, then says we got the numbers wrong on your car to someone else's. Wow what sort of manager is he. I also had to ask him for an apology for his mistake he got wrong with me. I will never go there again I'm done.

Fuel price is consistently 2-5c higher than Shortland 7/11.Open 24/7Wheelchair accessible

Look mate, this place is absolutely great. I love just pulling up into the park, filling up the tank and grabbing a bottle of milk for my milo.

The staff at this station are consistently short and rude to customers and act like they have no time and wished you hadn’t bothered them. Tonight staff member was taking a personal phone call and would rather handle that that pay attention to customers trying to fill up. May as well go to Shortland where it is a little cheaper and not so short mannered

If there was minus 5 star score it would more accurately reflect on experience there on multiple occasions, where staff are rude, one of the staff told me to 'shut up'.The young Aussie fella on nights is the only one who treats you with respect.. the others treat you like an infedel..
