Wow. Just wow! My wife drove in and we waited briefly. A vehicle pulled up beside us in the other lane and their order taken. We let it go. Another vehicle arrived in the second lane and they were served! My wife said “are you f’ing kidding”? When we were served, my wife asked why this happened and was told there was a mix up and apologised. We moved to the payment booth and the operator told us that the confusion was that there were two operators and there was a mix up. The “manager” waiting behind her was ready to pounce and castigate my wife for using bad language (in our own car, to me!) and to inform us that as soon as she heard the operator’s version of events, she came down to back her up (so, she was not going to listen to us at all. I politely told her that a good manager takes feedback seriously and use it to their advantage. She could not care less and judging by the scores and feedback left by others, she won’t take this on board or even acknowledge it. We asked for a refund and left and will not return.

I am not a fan of McDonald's but want to write a review complimenting the staff here. They are always very friendly and efficient. This afternoon the young man who was Delivery coordinator was particularly notable as having excellent communication skills and great customer service. Well done!

Some of the food was missing, and we were in a hurry, so we didn't notice til we had left. The fries were all cold, and the burgers so quickly put together they were mushed. But we were on a trip and already behind schedule ans had kids to feed.

I don't know what MacDonalds are doing with their coffee these days, but I haven't had a good one in ages. They keep saying it's their best blend ever, but I beg to differ. It's consistently watery and flavourless. The one I had on the weekend was also cool. Unfortunately I'd driven away so no going back to complain.

Received a big Mac meal1 beef patty on 1st level2nd level only lettuce on a sesame seed bun.The drink a cola with ice.Cup was only half full.Wass my first time there,Won't be going back .

McDonalds Singleton NSWHave visited this location for about 20 years 4-6 times a year. It’s half way travelling to family. We decided long ago that it is the worst McDonalds we’d ever been to. Because it was originally the only place open we just decided to use it as comic relief. Just had the worst interaction with managers.A toasted sandwich was sliced for 2cm on one side only. No probs. They gave me a disposable knife to finish the slicing.The accompanying Cafe Latte was overfilled with no milk froth. When shown to the managers they said it was normal. Have never experienced that in any other McDonalds. Manager confirmed that was their normal latte. Then offered to make another one. Couldn’t see the point if that was normal because they would serve me the same. I returned to my seat.The customer at the next table then blew up because the order was messed up. Customer said they watched my interaction & was shocked to see the staff chuckling behind my back.They have a serious problem. The newer younger front of house staff are usually eager to do a good job.Additionally on entering the cafe area there were no tables available. One of them was used by a manager working on a laptop, and was not moving. The crew room had lots of spare tables.Check the security video around 6:30pm. A complete shambles which resulted in me asking for a refund after waiting 15 minutes and still no closer to receiving my food. Only 1 guy trying to get orders out while the 2 managers did their own thing. They were both spending time using their phones and not attending to customers. An absolute disgrace!

Ordered myself a chocolate frappe and my partner got a large cheeseburger meal with no pickle and add bacon. Didn't think to check to order as it was late at night and we had to get back home.When he went to eat his burger he came to find they hadn't wrapped it properly and most importantly forgot one of the key ingredients....the meat patty, his chips were also luke warm. It was a very disappointing meal to say the least,

Dirty rubbish, staff don't care about you or the product they are selling. We all know Macca's is bad (that's a given) but pair that with rude staff, it's just not worth it. Instead of stopping at this rude bottleneck of a restaurant maybe instead go to Greta or Muswellbrook (depending on which way you're heading). Much nicer McDonalds out there, stay away from singleton one if you value your health.
