Contacted DGK Conveyancing for a quote for their services, Fiona responded really quickly with a rough price which was fine.A week later, she emailed and asked me to come into the office to sign some documents. I was stressing out as I only asked for a quote, and didn't actually proceed with her services.I responded to her stating that we had actually proceeded with another conveyancer. She then sent through an invoice for her services and after a close look at it, I realised she had mistaken me for someone else with the same initials. When I mentioned this to her, there was no response - no apology, nothing.It was probably an honest mistake, we are all human. However, she never responded or apologised despite the fact that this was a serious breach in confidentiality as we then had the personal details of the couple who had engaged her. I'm glad we went another way as I'd hate for my personal documents to be sent through to a stranger.

When we decided to sell and move to another suburb in December 2019, We did a quick google search, and Fiona at DGK was at the top of the list.Now I have to be honest, conveyancing seemed like just a box that needs a tick. So we thought DGK will do, no big deal.Now, that being said, I don't think Pandemic" was one of the other boxes we need to tick. So just as we listed our property
