Exercise caution when dealing with this business, especially from the perspective of employment. I went for a job with these guys, 4 days of unpaid training and 2 days of paid inductions later and there wasn't someone that I could look after that matched with me. They don't actually provide reasons and as you can see above waste a considerable amount of your time. I'm not suggesting that you experience will be the same, the people that I interacted with were nice, just be careful how much faith you have in them and be happy to waste your time and then be provided no real reason why you weren't given a chance. I mean a casual job, they could have easily provided a few shifts or ONE better spoken to me about whatever the issue was with my application at the time. Take this for what you will - I hope that you have better luck than me :).

One of their islander security guards followed my 6 year old daughter to the toilet and his excuse pittyfull. Potential child predators.

We have used Evolution Security in many different local and state-wide events in addition to utilising their team on a weekly basis in licensed premises. We have found the team at Evolution to be courteous and professional at all times. The quality of the guards is second-to-none on the Central Coast. Vincent and his team are a terrific example of a professional operational unit. We have no hesitation in recommending Evolution.

Great guards, they helped me and my wife out of a not so pleasant situation with a pair of drunk guys.

I have worked for Evolution Security for about a year now and have enjoyed working here. The culture is great, the leaders are really focused on helping staff and developing the business and assisting the venues with excellent guards and RSA Marshalls. There rarely been a time when i haven't felt supported in my role and i look forward to many more years ahead with Evolution Security. I encourage anyone to join if they have the chance.

Nice and good staff but a useless company with unfair policies. Unpaid intense 4 days mental & physical training, claiming it was part of the recruitment process. Just a waste of my time.Verdict: better and less challenging organisations to work with out there.
