I’ve been going to FP Rozelle for about four years. I haven’t a bad word to say - friendly, professional and always a perfect cut. Serena is my stylist and she is amazing.

I've already been here twice, and both times, I had the nicest experiences. I had a different hairdresser each time and both Brooklyn and Sooji were great listeners and gave me genuine advice to help me enhance my idea. Everything I described is what I ended up with. I definitely recommend going.

Rozelle Franck Provost Hair Salon
Serena has been my fabulous hair colourist and stylist for the last few years. I always look forward to my trips to the hairdresser. Most of the time, I turn up without really knowing what I want, and Serena always manages to suggest and deliver something that I absolutely love. Serena is great at balancing results, long term healthy hair and cost. There have been times when I have needed a more affordable option and Serena has been able to suggest alternatives. She also gives the best head massages during the wash :) I cant wait for my next visit :)

A wonderful and very professional salon. I have been seeing Serena for Approx 3 years and she is an amazing colourist and stylist. Serena takes care to ensure colour is sustainable, even and maintains the heath of my hair. I always feel so comfortable and relaxed at the salon and particularly now the extra care taken to ensure a safe experience. Cleanliness in the salon is of a very high level. I would highly recommend this salon.

Completely ruined my hair - worst colour of my life. When I complained I was gaslighted by two stylists telling me my hair was not darker than my natural colour they were supposed to be matching - it was much darker. I have been a customer for many years, left the salon visibly upset and not even a follow up call. Colour was supposed to be demi permanent but professional colour removal at a different salon failed to remove the colour, so who knows what that they actually used on my hair. Untrustworthy and disgusting customer service. Do not go here.

My fiancé and I have been visiting Serena at Franck Provost since moving into Rozelle a few years ago. I came to my first appointment with dry and damaged hair and with Serena's help, we've managed to get it healthy and longer.Serena is extremely talented and knowledgeable. She always listens to my concerns and takes the time to recommend cuts, colours, treatments and products that work perfectly with my finicky hair type - and she gets it right everytime.If you are looking for someone to tailor their hair services to you, I could not recommend this Salon enough!

Franck Provost Rozelle is an amazing salon with very talented stylists. I have been having my hair cut, coloured and styled by Serena for a couple of years now and couldn’t be happier. My hair has never looked so healthy. I find the experience very relaxing and am extremely happy with the attention to detail, friendly service and professionalism provided. Serena takes pride in her work and this is evident in the condition, colour and style of my hair. She goes above and beyond to make the customer feel comfortable and relaxed. I would not hesitate in recommending this salon.

I have been coming to Rozelle Franck Provost Hair since 2015. The salon always provides an incredible experience and wonderful result. Serena is a superbly talented hair artist! My hair is healthy, happy and super shiny under her care. Plus the head massages are so relaxing. The team at the salon are very friendly and the service provided is always second to none. I highly recommend Serena and the team if you are looking for an excellent and professional experience every time.
