The best customer service I have received from the Ardross Post office this morning when I applied for my daughter's passport application. Great boss with lovely team around. Positive energy with passionate experience and knowledge. Will definitely return again.

Best post office I’ve been to. The owner and workers here are just friendly, accomodating and understanding. My go to for passports, photos and anything to send. So glad they are local!

Great and friendly service. They well understood the lodgement of passport applications, sometimes with the photos issues though. They are open minded to accept your feedback and improve the photo brightness due to the strict rules of photos from Australia Passport Office. It is tricky to know if the photos are perfect for the officers until your application has arrived on their hands.

Went there to get our adult passports renewed. Staff were friendly and polite. Process was smooth and we had no issues. Note our passport photos were taken somewhere else and they checked and were satisfied with them. Would definitely go back there again.

We are regular customers, as this is our local PO, the staff are always very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The new premises are so much better for everyone, much brighter and in a new building.

We visited this place for 4 times in getting passport applications submitted, but was to no avail. Each time the owner and/or the staffs would give different reasons to reject our applications! Even though the 4th time, it was still not conclusive. I hate the owner's pretentious smile and trying to act friendly indeed he just wanted us to retake the photos again and again so that they make more money from us! One post office, but different people said different things each time we returned. Will never return there!
