Unfortunately not the best experience for us. Would have been good if it had worked out as they are close to us. They were non-responsive about issues we were having with our pool. Dismissive of any questions asked. Never addressed any complaints we had.Generally did nothing we asked for.Very unfortunate.Amendment: Trina is absolutely lovely and she is very knowledgeable and kind in the way she helps people. I would recommend you leave all communication with your clients to her. Terence, you have a bit to learn about how to deal with customer relations.From sending abusive emails to someone leaving a negative review, to also coming into our backyard for a service, seeing us standing there and not even saying Hello I'm Terence

Very friendly and helpful.

Extremely unprofessional company. Gave them every chance and ended up with a seized pump because they didn't report it being noisy.They added concentrated chemicals (out of what was ordinarily done) and didn't let us know despite the presence of young children, and they suggested its ok because it would only cause minor skin and eye irritation!Regularly would not complete works paid for and never received a report despite their invoices stating we would get one.We have an open complaint with Consumer Protection, with the consultant stating they are unreasonable and not aware of the seriousness of their issues and make invalid excuses for the behaviour. Such as because we had asked for attendance on certain days, they didn't contact us about the issues with our pump.I can't believe they are still in business, just go visit their premises to see what a shambles they are operating.

Super helpful and knowledgeable family run business. They helped us turn around our disaster pool and have provided a fabulous ongoing pool maintenance service. Would highly recommend!

Small family business run by great people. Very knowledgable about pool equipment and maintenance. Their prices are very fair and they routinely value add by providing tips on pool care. I genuinely feel like they put their customers interests first, unlike some of the larger pool companies I've used in the past. Will be sure to recommend to friends and family nearby.

Started with this business because they were located nearby but kept using them because the service they provide is efficient, comprehensive and fair. Really couldn't ask for more! Trina is an absolute legend and always goes above and beyond for me. The staff are very knowledgable and keep me informed of ways to better manage my pool, it's honestly saved me money! Highly recommend checking them out.
