First of all your range is always stunning and beautiful and so many styles to choose from it's always amazing every time.My partner and I had only started shopping for beautiful jewelleries a few years back around Christmas and until now. Every time we go into the store and our experience are always awesome super helpful, patient and knowledgeable staff. And most of all whenever we have had purchased an item and there is an issue or problem after whatever it is, they make the experience less stressful and hassle free every single time. Not to mention not only face to face but also their quick response via email when I have any enquiry.We are one happy customers and so glad that there are still companies out there that still care for their customers and have the most respect. We will always continue to buy from Swarovski as we continue to not only love the variety of Jewelleries but also the customer service is absolutely tops it overall.Please continue on your wonderful customer service that you guys serve and continue to make our shopping so easy and make us keep returning,Thank you guys

Went to Miranda store today and waited patiently for some attention. I had a beautiful magnetic necklace (interchangeable for bracelets) given to me by work colleagues recently after 27 year’s service. One section of necklace has lost it’s magnetic connection and I was hoping for some advice to repair it. I was abruptly told that Swarovski no longer do repairs! I was told to go elsewhere to a jeweller. I did just that - Pontifex at Southgate were very helpful and obliging to assist in anyway they could.So, my advice would be not to waste your money on Swarovski and go to a jeweller who has maintained customer service.

From the moment we entered the staff were friendly and attentive. It's not a large shop, but it had the earrings my daughter wanted and we left satisfied.

Best burgers south of Sydney. Always busy and staff are always so friendly and polite. We love going there for a quick bite and coffee.

A regular swarovski buyer and club member. Went to to buy an ornament for Christmas, they had the price clearly on display and I also verbally confirmed the price yet went to the counter and it was more expensive. Not happy that they would not honour the displayed price especially when I also double checked.

Stood around for about 10 minutes, not one of the two sales people approached me. Stood around talking about shepherd's pie! Then when I approached, the girl assumed I was all about a bargain, and let a good sale leave. Learn customer service.

One member of staff were very very rude to me. I was trying to get earrings which I had bought in September (4 months ago) replaced or fixed as the stone had fallen out of one. The lady told me that there was nothing she would do for me. After persisting, I was told that she didn't even believe they were real! I was so offended as I had personally bought them from Swarovski. This was also very embarrassing as she was saying it quite loud in front of other customers. I was finally told that if I was so sure they were real they could send them off to be fixed for $130! They were faulty after 4months! I went to the jewelry repair shop further down and they fixed it for $5. I am so upset at how I was treated.

A bracelet was displayed as a sales item and at the register it was scanned as a higher price. When asked if they could honor the price on the tag, I was told by the sales women it was “only a $16 difference” and there was a new law so she didn’t have to change to the promotion displayed. I was refused to speak to the manager and told to come back another day.
