Brought a gift voucher for my husband, he went to get a full body and foot massage.. they only massaged his lower back very firmly in the one place for most of the time and then 20mins on the shoulder once he said something, also no foot massage: he now has such a sore back and even worse shoulders then when he went in and can hardly walk properlyVery disappointed

The service was friendly and professional. I had a remedial massage for stuff neck and shoulders and it worded wonders. They accept health fund discounts.

Second some of the other reviewers, it’s very noisy when they talk to each other while with clients. I’ve been here several times but standards are deteriorating each time. Won’t be visiting again

Unprofessional, noisy and not a relaxing place. Constantly taking Asian to each other whilst massaging clients. Swapped my therapist after 10 minutes to be told the first person treating me was the receptionist.

Very Unprofessional, they advertised Reflexology & Neck and Shoulders for $45 in there pamphlet but charged $60 and just did the foot massage, when I asked about neck and shoulders they asked more $50 for 30 minutes. What a scam.

Good masseuse mostly but not hygiene wise as they use the same towel after each customer!

I have been here several times and recommend the service. They ask throughout the massage whether the pressure is too hard or too light, which is as it should be.The massages can be a bit hit and miss though depending on who you have.
