I am very disappointed with the work done. The architect explained exactly the required specifications that were completely ignored. The report took ages to be finalised and when finally was sent through it was incomplete. Not to mention that the delay in responding to a simple email took several weeks. When explained that the scope of the report was not right, it was not considered and the customer service is null.My experience with this company was extremely bad.
