Under no circumstances do not deal with this crowd. They are bloody useless as they will not answer their phone, and if they do, you will not get a sensible answer. They say they will call you back, they don't. So for piece of mind deal with another company.

Enquired about a new Honda 90hp outboard, 3 days ago and was promised a call back. Called again today, no answer, recorded message said that I would get a call back. Didn't happen.

If there was no stars I would give it no stars. Rip off and made things worst in my motor I came back expecting them to fix it and they didn’t fix anything just made it worst.

Excellent service from Toby who went above and beyond to solve an issue with my outboards fuel system. Exceptional service from a business is hard to find these days and would recommend this company to anyone.Will definitely be using Neptune Marine for all future mechanical issues.
